The FIT Service Plan is designed to dramatically reduce or eliminate computer problems in your business while maximizing your network’s speed, performance, and stability, without the expense of a full-time IT staff.
Unlike other computer consultants who profit from the failures in your IT environment, our purpose is to PREVENT computer problems from escalating into unexpected downtime, data loss, interruptions in business, and financial loss.
Up until now we’ve been doing primarily reactive network repairs and maintenance. Something stops working or breaks, you call us, and we come out and fix it. The problem with this is that it’s REACTIVE and we are not delivering the proactive, on-going monitoring and maintenance you need.
The reason we haven’t been delivering proactive monitoring and maintenance is simply because we weren’t able to. To truly maintain your network would require us to be on-site almost every day and spend ½ to ¾ of an hour on every machine, every day, and the cost would be way more than your business could afford, and the workload would be far more than we could handle.

For one flat, monthly fee*, we will provide a combination of onsite and remote support to your network to not only ensure that your network is running at peak performance, but also that your data is secure and protected from hackers, viruses, spyware, spam, hardware failure, and even employee sabotage.
Every business needs this service whether they have 5 workstations or 500. Now the higher levels of the plan are geared towards clients with larger networks and who have greater needs, but at a minimum, everyone needs to be at least on the Basic level.
In order for us to truly provide the support and level of service we want to deliver, we need to be monitoring your network. After all, when you hire us to be your IT support team, we take that seriously. If we aren’t monitoring your network, every service call is going to take longer and cost you more because we need to come onsite, conduct an assessment, diagnose the problem, and then of course, go to work at resolving it. If you were on our Basic level of maintenance, we would be able to foresee and diagnose the problems much faster, and in some cases, could remedy the situation immediately without having to go onsite, which of course saves you a lot of money.
