Every business needs this service whether they have 5 workstations or 500. Now the higher levels of the plan are geared towards clients with larger networks and who have greater needs, but at a minimum, everyone needs to be at least on the Basic level*.
 

In order for us to truly provide the support and level of service we want to deliver, we need to be monitoring your network. After all, when you hire us to be your IT support team, we take that seriously. If we aren’t monitoring your network, every service call is going to take longer and cost you more because we need to come onsite, conduct an assessment, diagnose the problem, and then of course, go to work at resolving it. If you were on our Basic level of maintenance, we would be able to foresee and diagnose the problems much faster, and in many cases, could remedy the situation immediately without having to go onsite, which of course saves you a lot of time and money.
